QSR Group Inc. is a multi-unit operator of Wendy’s and Tim Hortons restaurants. The President, Fraser, was looking to grow from 33 locations to 100 within 5 years. To achieve his goals, Fraser was looking at ways to
streamline his operations and put his company on track for success. His priority was the low hanging fruit of their inefficient accounts payable process which was slowing down their ability to scale.
